IUCN WCPA is pleased to be presenting the Kenton R. Miller Award for Innovation in National Parks and Protected Area Sustainability and two Fred Packard Awards for life-time dedication to conservation at this awards ceremony and celebration.
Festival Launch
The #NatureForAll Love Fest(www.natureforall.global/love-fest) is a two-week event, Feb. 7-21, to share and celebrate personal stories from around the world about love and nature and how that love inspires us to conserve the natural world.The event highlights the power of love in nature conservation through the vehicle we know to best capture human attention and imagination: story.
Special guest: David Suzuki, renowned Canadian environmentalist
Networking event
This event will bring together IUCN WCPA, CEC, and CCIUCN members alongside nature lovers from around the world. Hosted adjacent to the fifth International Marine Protected Areas Congress (IMPAC5), you are invited to come network with like-minded conservationists during this evening of celebration.
Light refreshments and drinks will be served.
